SERVICE AGREEMENT
The parties, i.e the “Client,” and the “Service Provider,” Healthy Home Cleaning Services, Inc. hereby agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this cleaning services contract agreement. They are collectively referred to as “the parties.”
I. The Client wishes to enlist the Service Provider to perform Indoor Cleaning. In order to do so, the Service Provider will need to enter the Client’s home on the agreed-upon date to perform the agreed-upon services. The Service Provider will provide the necessary materials unless otherwise agreed. If the Client prefers additional cleaning solutions, aside from our standard “green” focused cleaning products, the client agrees to provide the solutions and send a written email stating the name of the solutions and what they should be used on, 48 hours prior to the cleaning service date.
II. There will be a cancellation fee of 50% (with a minimum cost of $55) for terminations/cancellations or rescheduling with less than a 48-hour notice up until 6:00 pm of the night before your scheduled appointment. For multi-day jobs there will be a cancellation fee of $55 per canceled day. Any terminations/cancellations made by the client after 6:00 pm on the night before the scheduled appointment or on the day of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice price (with a minimum cost of $55 per day). The Service Provider is happy to schedule routine visits with the Client. The routine visits are subject to change; rescheduling two or more times could result in being taken off of the routine schedule and added on an as-needed basis. III. The Service Provider agrees to provide and service the Client to the best of their abilities. Walk-throughs with the Service Provider at the beginning and the end of a scheduled service is highly encouraged, and any previous damage should be noted prior to our arrival. A walk-through at the time of completion guarantees the service is done to your satisfaction. There is no guarantee on services performed with no walk-through at the time of completion. The Client, as a result, possesses the right to, at any point within the term dates specified in Section I, inspect the area for performance. In the case of errors, faults, and/or damages. The Service Provider is not responsible for anything broken or missing. The Client does not possess the right to delay payment until said errors, faults, and/or damages are addressed by the Service Provider. Service Provider agrees to assess errors, faults, and/or damages as outlined by the Client and resolve them satisfactorily within a timely manner. Healthy Home Cleaning Services, Inc. is not liable for any damages if the final walk-through is not completed with the cleaner.
IV. The Service Provider as a result agrees to perform the duties enlisted in Section I and shall invoice the Client upon completion. There are circumstances where the scope of work will require a full or half payment upfront. If this is the case it will be communicated to you prior to the work being completed.
V. The Service Provider’s schedule of fees is agreed upon after the Client has approved an estimate. We do have maximum time capacity for the packages we offer, and those are as follows:
● Green clean – There is a 4-hour maximum time capacity for this package per day. Additional charges may incur if additional days are required.
● Healthy Home – There is a 6-hour maximum time capacity for this package per day. Additional charges may incur if additional days are required.
● Superior – There is an 8-hour maximum time capacity for this package per day. Additional charges may incur if additional days are required.
● Vacant – There is an 8-hour maximum time capacity for this package per day. Additional charges may incur if additional days are required.
● Post construction/new build – There is an 8-hour maximum time capacity for this package per day. Additional charges may incur if additional days are required.
● Custom – The pricing begins at $65 an hour with a 2-hour minimum. There is a 6-hour maximum for each day. Additional days will incur a minimal amount of hours.
In addition, an additional $2.99 service fee will added to all provided services
VI. Payments are due in full upon completion of service. We use Service Fusion to process our payments. For your convenience, we gladly accept check and credit card payments. Your invoice will automatically be assessed a $15.00 late fee after 5 full days of no payment. A late fee of 1% of the total price will automatically be assessed after 30 days of no payment. After 30 days of no payment legal and/or civil actions will begin. If you communicate that you will not be paying the balance of your invoice legal and/or civil actions will be taken immediately. While tipping is never required, you can tip if you would like. Please tip your cleaner directly.
VII. Payments are due in full upon completion of service. For any job over $500.00, the client must pay half of the payment immediately upon accepting service and half upon the completion of service. We use Service Fusion to process our payments. For your convenience, we gladly accept check and credit card payments. All new clients will have a card on file (from before the first appointment) in which payment’s will be taken seven days if the client does not pay directly. Your invoice will automatically be assessed a $15.00 late fee after 5 full days of no payment. If the Service Provider does not receive payment after thirty days and is unable to procure the payment through the client’s card, A late fee of 1% of the total price will be assessed and legal and/or civil actions will begin. If you communicate that you will not be paying the balance of your invoice legal and/or civil actions will be taken immediately. While tipping is never required, you can tip if you would like. Please tip your cleaner directly.
VIII. The Service Provider hereby agrees, upon completion of the job(s) specified in Section 1, to turn over any property provided by the Client back into the Client’s possession.
IX. Any notices between the parties must be provided in written form to the following email address: nchealthyhomecleaningservices@gmail.com.
This agreement hereby represents a contract between the parties as mentioned above and is a comprehensive understanding between the two parties. Subsequently, it supersedes any prior contractual or non-contractual agreement between the two parties mentioned, i.e. the “Client” and the “Service Provider.”
